Choose how much to use
In the “Use your points” box, pick an amount. It goes in 1,000s, so 1,000 points is RM1 off.

Press “Add to my account”. Your points turn into store credit straight away, and your balance updates.

Pick it at checkout
Stay signed in at checkout and choose your store credit. It comes off your order total.
The longer you STIK with it, the more it gives back.

How do I join?
Sign up with your email here or at checkout. Membership is free, and points start collecting on your next order.
When do my points appear?
Points land once your order is paid. Give it a few minutes, then check your account.
What is the smallest amount I can redeem?
1,000 points, which takes RM1 off your order. After that it goes up in 1,000s: 2,000 points for RM2, and so on. Points below 1,000 stay in your account until you get there.
Do my points expire?
Points stay for 12 months from the last time you earned or spent any. Any activity resets the clock.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
One at a time. Points come off at checkout, so pick whichever takes more off the order.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers follow what you spend over a rolling 12 months. Cross a threshold and you move up straight away, then hold that tier for the next 12 months.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link. Your friend gets 20% off their first order, and once it ships you get a 20% code of your own, valid for 60 days. Up to 5 friends a year.
Do marketplace orders earn points?
Points are earned on stikbrand.com orders. Orders placed on the marketplaces sit outside the program.
