退款政策
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened. To start a return, email support@stikbrand.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
Can I do an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible (unopened and within 7 days), return it and place a new order for what you would like.
What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
First, we sincerely apologize. Please contact support@stikbrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item(s)
- Any other relevant details
We will make it right with a replacement or refund, and we cover the return cost in these cases.
Where is my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. If approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@stikbrand.com.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened. Opened products cannot be returned, for health and hygiene reasons. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items are covered under the section above. Orders placed using gift cards are not eligible for return.
