Where we ship

We ship within Malaysia only, covering West (Peninsular) Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan).

Shipping fees and free shipping

- West Malaysia: RM5, or free on orders over RM30.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): RM15, or free on orders over RM60.
Your exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

- West Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days.
- East Malaysia: 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sales, peak periods, or public holidays. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timing is in their hands.

After your order ships, you can check its status anytime through our store assistant using your order number and the email used at checkout, or email support@stikbrand.com.
