Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping fees and free shipping

- West Malaysia: RM6, or free on orders over RM30.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): RM15, or free on orders over RM50.
- Singapore: RM20 flat.
- Everywhere else: RM200 flat.
All prices and shipping fees are charged in ringgit (MYR); your bank or card issuer converts at its own rate. Your exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

- West Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days.
- East Malaysia: 3 to 7 working days.
- Singapore and international: the courier shows the estimated delivery for your country in your tracking link.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sales, peak periods, or public holidays. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timing is in their hands. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are not included in our prices.

Tracking your order

After your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email. You can also check its status anytime through our store assistant using your order number and the email used at checkout, or email support@stikbrand.com.
