Applications are read by a person. If you are a fit you get a personal code and link, a dashboard to watch them, and commission on everything they bring in. The rate climbs on its own as sales do, so there is nothing to renegotiate.

How much do STIK ambassadors earn?
STIK ambassadors earn between 10% and 20% commission on every order placed through their link or code. The rate rises as sales do, starting at 10% and reaching 20% at RM 6,000 of net sales. What that adds up to depends on how many people buy and what they spend.
How do I become a STIK ambassador?
Apply at wonetalent.com and tell us about yourself and where you post. Applications are reviewed by a person, not a follower-count filter, and there is no minimum audience size to apply.
Do I need a big following to join?
No. The starting tier is open to every approved ambassador regardless of audience size. Follower count only affects where you begin on the ladder, and sales move you up it either way.
Do my followers get a discount?
Yes. Approved ambassadors get a personal code that gives their audience a discount on STIK, and the same code earns commission on every order it is used on.
When do STIK ambassadors get paid?
Commission is tallied weekly against orders that have been paid for. Payouts follow once an order is past its return window, so a refunded order does not leave a commission behind it.
Can I join from outside Malaysia?
STIK ships from Malaysia and the programme is built around that market first. Apply anyway and say where your audience is; it is reviewed case by case rather than blocked by country.
