1. Who runs this programme
STIK Insiders is the customer rewards programme for stikbrand.com, run by ("STIK", "we", "us").
Joining means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not join. The programme is free and no purchase is needed to join.
2. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older.
- One person, one account. You may not hold a second membership, join on behalf of someone else, or transfer your membership to anybody.
- Membership is for individuals shopping for themselves. Resellers, wholesalers and businesses buying to resell are not eligible.
- You need a stikbrand.com account, and a delivery address in a country we ship to.
Keep your details accurate and keep access to the email you sign in with. You are responsible for what happens under your membership.
3. Earning points
You earn points on orders placed and paid on stikbrand.com, and on the other actions listed on the Rewards page, which is where the current rates live. Rates and rewards can change, and the Rewards page is always the current version.
- Purchase points are calculated on the product subtotal you actually paid. They exclude shipping, taxes, and the part of an order covered by store credit or a discount.
- Points are added after the order is paid, and can take up to a few days to appear.
- Points for reviews, referrals, birthdays and other actions are added when that action is confirmed, not when it is started.
- Points are earned on stikbrand.com only. Orders placed through a marketplace or a reseller do not earn points, because we do not receive the information that would let us credit them.
- Bonus events, double-points periods and one-off promotions run on their own stated conditions.
4. Spending points
Points are redeemed for store credit, which comes off your order at checkout. Redemption is in whole units at the published rate, and the current rate and the available rewards are on the Rewards page.
- You need enough points for the reward you choose. We do not part-redeem.
- Store credit you have claimed is yours to use and does not expire, but it cannot be converted back into points or into cash.
- Redeeming does not change what an order is worth for free-shipping or gift thresholds, which are worked out on the order before credit is applied.
5. What points are and are not
- Points have no cash value. They are not money, not property, and not a deposit. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are personal to you. They cannot be sold, traded, given away, pooled with another member, or moved between accounts, including between family members.
- Points belong to one programme. They are earned and spent on stikbrand.com and have no value anywhere else.
- Points do not pass to anyone else if a membership closes, and they are not part of an estate.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Points follow the sale. If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, in whole or in part, the points earned on the refunded part are removed from your balance.
If you have already spent those points, your balance can go negative, and it stays negative until you earn it back. We may also recover the value another way where an order is charged back or found to be fraudulent.
7. Tiers
Your tier is worked out from what you have spent over a rolling 12-month period, so it moves in both directions: it goes up when you cross a threshold, and it comes down if your spend over the last 12 months falls below it. Refunded orders do not count toward a tier.
Your tier is calculated fresh each time it is used, not stored, so it always reflects your last 12 months. Tier thresholds and the perks attached to each tier are on the Rewards page, and can change.
8. When points expire
Points lapse after 12 months with no activity on your account. Earning points or spending them resets the clock on your whole balance, so an account that is being used never loses anything.
Activity means points going in or out: an order, a review, a referral, a bonus, or a redemption. Signing in, browsing or opening an email is not activity.
This rule starts on 1 December 2026. Nothing expires before that date, whatever the arithmetic says, because points already in your balance were earned when the programme had no expiry. From 1 December 2026, a balance lapses 12 months after your last activity, or on 1 December 2026 if your last activity was already more than 12 months ago.
Expired points are gone and cannot be reinstated.
9. Referrals
Members can share a referral link that gives a friend a discount on their first order, and gives you the same discount once that order has shipped. Referral rewards run on the terms shown when you get your link, and:
- The friend must be a new customer, using their own account and their own payment details.
- Referring yourself, a second account of your own, or an order you paid for does not qualify.
- One acquisition reward per order. Where an order already carries a creator or affiliate code, the referral does not also pay.
- Referral codes expire, and there is a limit on how many a member can be paid in a year.
10. Fair use
The programme is for real customers shopping normally. We may remove points, cancel rewards, suspend a membership, or close it for good, where we reasonably believe somebody has:
- held more than one membership, or created accounts to collect joining bonuses;
- written reviews for products they did not buy, or reviews that are not their genuine opinion;
- used bots, scripts or automation to earn or claim anything;
- abused referrals, placed orders to farm points and returned them, or bought to resell;
- claimed a reward they did not complete the action for; or
- charged back an order, or used stolen payment details.
Where a membership is closed for one of these reasons, unredeemed points are forfeited.
11. Your information
Running the programme means handling your personal information: your account details, your orders, and what you earn and spend. We handle it in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy.
