Apply, get your code, get paid.
Applications are read by a person. If you are a fit you get a personal code and link, a dashboard to watch them, and commission on everything they bring in. The rate climbs on its own as sales do, so there is nothing to renegotiate.

How much can I earn?
Between 10% and 20% of every order placed through your link or code. The rate climbs as your sales grow, and your dashboard shows the exact ladder once you are in.
How do I join?
Apply at wonetalent.com and say where you post. Applications are read by a person, not a follower-count filter, and there is no minimum audience size.
Do my followers get a discount?
Yes. Your personal code gives your audience a discount on STIK, and the same code earns you commission on every order it is used on.
When do I get paid?
Commission lands on your dashboard as orders come in. You can withdraw once an order clears its return window, so a refund never leaves a commission behind it.
What is the ambassador tier?
Invite only. Creators STIK has worked with get approached for bigger campaigns and deeper partnerships. The affiliate track is where that starts.
